Reservations
Make a reservation to ensure that you have a seat on the bus on the day that you need a ride.
Reservation Information
To confirm seating availability, we recommend you make reservations in advance of your travel date. If your seating must be guaranteed, payment must be made at the time of booking.
Reservations hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Alaska time, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-770-6652.
Pets
We cannot accommodate pets at this time. Service dogs are permitted per ADA regulation. "Comfort" animals are not considered service dogs by the ADA. For more information, visit the ADA website.
Baggage
Two standard-size pieces of luggage (not to exceed 50 pounds each) are allowed free of charge. Additional bags, overweight bags, or unaccompanied luggage are $25.
We cannot accept bikes at this time.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. All fares need to be paid before departure.
Cancellations
Prepaid travel that is cancelled before the travel date will be refunded the fare, less a $10 processing fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
Alcohol/Drugs
Not permitted on the buses.
Weapons
Permitted in locked cases ONLY.
ADA Riders
We recommend ADA Riders provide us advanced notice as we utilize several different vehicle types.

Interior Alaska Bus Line has the right to refuse, alter, or cancel any reservations or routes at any time.
