Guaranteed seating: In order to guarantee seating, the fare for your travel must be paid at the time of booking during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Alaska time, Monday thru Friday (closed Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, and New Years). You are able to book online using this website. Pre-payment guarantees your travel up to 15 minutes before departure from Anchorage, Fairbanks, Tok, or Northway. If you are not at the departure point 15 minutes prior to departure, your seat will be made available for standby passengers and you will forfeit all of your payment for travel.
Pets: Allowed, must be caged. Small - $35.00. Medium - $50.00. Large - $65.00
Baggage: Two standard size pieces of luggage (not to exceed 35 pounds each) are allowed free of charge. Additional bags or overweight bags in excess of 35 pounds are an additional $25 per bag. Bikes are $25 each when accompanied by a passenger, $65 each when unaccompanied. If traveling with or transporting a bike approval must be received from the office a minimum of two business days prior to the date of travel.
Payments: Visa/MasterCard/Cash. All fares must be paid before departure.
Cancellations: Prepaid travel that is cancelled 10 business days prior to the date of travel will be refunded at full fare. Travel that is cancelled between two business days and 10 business days prior to travel will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued if travel is cancelled less than two business days before the travel date. Payments received for travel and cancelled within one business day (24 hours) will receive a refund of the fare less a $25 processing fee. Business days are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Alaska time, Monday thru Friday (closed Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, and New Years).
Alcohol/Drugs: Prohibited. Intoxicated or disruptive passengers will not be allowed to ride.
Weapons: Permitted, in locked cases only.
Interior Alaska Bus Line has the right to refuse, alter, or cancel any reservations or routes at anytime.
